Commission Information

PRICE
- Price may vary (depending on the complexity of the final piece/ or add-on requested)
- For commercial purposes (ex: selling it as merchandise), the price would be different.
- I reserve the right to change my commission prices without notice (this will not affect commissions I have already accepted though).
- There is a 6.25% tax added to all orders to comply with Illinois tax law.

COMMISSION RIGHT
- You (the client) must not edit, trace, distribute, modify, or claim/credit the commissioned artwork as your own.
- The commissioned work is by no means allowed for any NFT or AI usage.
- The client must credit me on any platform where the illustration is used.
- I have the right to showcase the final result for my portfolio. (You can request the commission to be hidden until an agreed upon date if needed)

PAYMENT
- All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD). Payments must be made in USD.
- For payment plan, I accept partial payment (50 – 50) or all upfront.
- I accept Paypal, Ko-Fi and Cashapp.

- Payment is expected no later than 10 days after the invoice is sent. The commission will be terminated if payment is not received.

- All payments are non-refundable once the commission has begun.
- During any point after the commission has started, a full refund will NOT be possible. Please keep that in mind when requesting a commission!

REVISION
- Two small revisions are given for each phase of work (sketch & flat colors). Any further revisions will require an additional revision fee. Any major revisions (at my discretion) will also be charged if the work is near its finishing phase.

WORKING TIME
- Depending on the amount of time needed to work on your commission, you will receive updates within 1-2 weeks after the work has begun. Estimate finish is around 1 month.
- If you would like to negotiate a hard deadline, please inform me when you make your request. A tight deadline will have an additional fee. I reserve the right to refuse deadlines that do not work with my schedule.

ART PREVIEW
- If you have opted for the partial payment plan, you will be sent the final work with a heavy amount of watermarks on top once the commission is completed. After the final payment has been completed, a clean (no watermarks) version of the commission will be sent.

OTHER
- Drawings are done in the style shown below
- I have the right to accept or reject the commission.
- You can ask me for other commissions that are not in the list.

DRAWING NOTES
- Bara/Muscle characters allowed
- Furry allowed
- NSFW allowed (Please discuss what you want, I have the right to refuse)
- No NFT
- No Heavy Mech (armor is fine)
