Chat Noir

Chat Noir is a character from the series Miraculous Ladybug! This was my first time making a full body suit from scratch and it helped me overcome some body issues I had with myself. It is 100% one of my more comfy cosplays so I like wearing him!

The Process

​For the bodysuit I took apart and old bodysuit that fit me rather nicely and I used it as a pattern. The bracers are made from foam covered with the same fabric as the suit! The mask and ears are made from worbla and all the detail rivets are just googly eyes!

The Memories

I wore this to Anime Expo 2016, EXPOtaku Almeria and to Ikkicon! He is one of my favorites to wear cause of how light and comfy he is. He is a big hit with kids and its always so cute to see their reactions when they see me, adorable AF. I also met the creator of Miraculous Ladybug wearing this, he fist bumped me and shattered my poor clay sculpted ring but it was worth it.
